1 quart of milk kefir (preferably from raw milk)
Large Handful of concord grapes with skin and seeds
Large Handful blueberries
About 1 cup or so frozen cantaloupe or other frozen fruit
2-3 generous tablespoons coconut cream concentrate, spread or even virgin coconut oil
A little raw milk if desired for consistency
Put it all together and blend it up and enjoy! SOOO good and VERY good for you too!
My kids said it tastes like ice cream. I’m not sure about that, but we loved it!
